Sparkling Cold Brew

I’m trying out a new product from Dare.

I have never tried a sparkling cold brew before.

Dare released two new sparkling coffee flavours: Sparkling Cold Brew Black Coffee Original and Sparkling Cold Brew Black Coffee Vanilla.

I tried the Sparkling Cold Brew Black Coffee Original. I am yet to try the Sparkling Cold Brew Black Coffee Vanilla.

The Sparkling Cold Brew Black Coffee comes in a 250mL can. It cost me $2.50 from my local Coles supermarket. There is no sugar, no diary. This product uses real coffee. This is great news to vegans, and to anyone with any diary allergens.

Dare has used 100% Columbian coffee beans.

I like the fact there is no added sugar. This is what caught my attention, as well as the mixed combination of a fizzy beverage and cold brewed coffee.

This is a good afternoon pick-me-up drink of choice for those sluggish days.

The Colombian coffee has a nutty undertone taste mixed with the purified water and lightly carbonated fizzy aftertaste. You can taste the mellow acidity and strong caramel sweetness with each sip.

Coffee-loving hipsters can taste the sweet and medium-bodied taste from the Colombian coffee beans. This is one of the most recognisable flavours. The fizzy beverage is lightly carbonated, so the coffee-flavour maintains the natural sweet and less acidity from the Columbian coffee beans.

Dare has achieved the right balance in maintaining a light carbonated beverage with a cold brew. I thoroughly enjoyed the nutty hint with each sip from the Columbian coffee beans.

Overall, I give this product a 4/5. I enjoyed the weaker coffee taste as a great afternoon pick-me-up. Dare has done a good job with this fizzy beverage and cold brew. The taste of the Columbian coffee is mild and well-balanced flavour that has less acidity levels. I would repurchase this product again. I would also consider drinking something like right before my runs.
