I’m here again reviewing another product from the Juice Lab.

I purchased the Sparkling Lemon with ginger and ginseng. This comes in a 250mL can and cost me $3.50 from my local supermarket.

I am a big fan of lemon, ginger, and ginseng. I like to implement these ingredients in my diet whether it be in my food or drinking it in a beverage.

The Juice Lab has done well in mixing lemon, ginger, and ginseng together. I can taste the light and subtle ginseng taste with each sip. Each sip has a delightful and enjoyable texture. It’s like my tastebuds enjoyed the party of perfectly matched ginger and ginseng! This is an acquired taste, so if you don’t enjoy the taste of ginger and ginseng then this drink isn’t for you!

I found with the ginseng experience there was no bitter taste. The Juice Lab has achieved the right balance with these flavours. I enjoy ginseng in many Korean herbal teas. I find from personal experience that ginseng has a very energising and tasty feel. You can smell the hint of aromatic smell of ginseng, in the Sparkling Lemon. This balances out with the sweet flavour, and earthy undertones with each sip. The ginger adds a good taste with the added enjoyment and delicious taste of the ginseng. You can taste the ginger that is slightly peppery, and little sweetness that balances out well with the ginseng. There is no pungent coming from this canned product.

I found the ginger and ginseng had a warm bite, and a little sweetness that was nice with every sip!

My favourite sparkling drinks range from The Juice Lab would be the Sparkling Lemon with ginger and ginseng.
